Terms & Conditions
Effective 16 September 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Bharat Exchange and its INR-to-USDT exchange services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our applicable policies.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and permitted to use digital asset services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate information, strong credentials, and activity performed through your account.
3. Verification and compliance
We may request identity, address, source-of-funds, or transaction information. We may delay, refuse, or cancel a transaction where required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering controls, legal obligations, or risk management.
4. Rates, fees, and quotes
The reference rate shown on the site is ₹94 per USDT. The final rate, service fee, network fee, and amount received are presented before confirmation. Quotes may expire or change because digital asset and payment markets move continuously.
5. Payments and settlement
You must use a payment method held in your name and provide accurate payment references. Settlement begins after cleared funds and any required verification. Processing estimates are not guarantees.
6. Wallet addresses and networks
You are solely responsible for selecting the correct USDT network and destination address. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Assets sent to an incompatible network or incorrect address may be permanently lost.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, market abuse, unauthorised third-party transfers, or attempts to interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts and report activity where legally required.
8. Risks
Digital assets can fluctuate in value and may face technical, regulatory, liquidity, or network risks. USDT is issued by a third party and is not a bank deposit. You should assess whether digital assets are appropriate for you.
9. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Bharat Exchange is not liable for losses caused by external payment systems, blockchain networks, market movement, incorrect customer instructions, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, product limits, supported networks, or fees. Material changes will be communicated through the service. You may stop using the service at any time; obligations linked to completed or pending transactions survive termination.
11. Contact
Questions, complaints, or requests relating to these terms should be submitted through the support channel shown in your account. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
